What we allow ourselves to focus on is what tends to transpire in our life. Therefore the question we must continuously ask is, “do I want more of this in my life?” — if the answer which comes back to you is anything short of “YES!” then you need to shift your thinking to focus more on those things and experiences that you do want to see occur in your life.
Awareness and knowing when our thoughts are no longer serving us helps to move us in the direction of the goals we have set for ourselves and is an important part of getting back into alignment, back to the place and doing those ongoing actions which are required of us if we truly wish to see our dreams through to completion.

Here’s a motivational affirmation you can use to inspire yourself whenever you need a quick pick me up…
“I take the time to write down and record my day to day wins. When I remind myself of past achievements and daily successes it provides the necessary fuel to move me towards the goals and dreams I hold for myself. Often something as simple as reminding myself that I’ve faced challenges before is all I need to continue moving forward in the pursuit of my endeavors.”

Here’s a positive affirmation you can say to yourself when you need a bit of motivation to carry you through your day!
“Life rewards those who aren’t afraid to step out in the direction of their dreams. I am that person. Today and every day from now on I am claiming the dreams I have for myself. I am more than capable of achieving whatever I want in my life. What skills I lack now I can learn. Through action I am making progress daily.”
