Diagnosed with Tourette's Syndrome, a neurological disorder which can manifest itself through a whole slew of different symptoms -- at the age of 8 years old, Josh Hinds has been facing and overcoming adversity and life's challenges his entire life. Josh is a firm believer that no matter what challenge life or the world of business reveals, there is always a work- around which can lead to success and achievement in any given undertaking. The path may not be the one originally envisioned, but through the willingness to move forward to the best of one's ability, the rewards are just as sweet!

Around the age of 18 years old a new symptom associated with his Tourette's popped up Josh affectionately calls it his blocking tic -- an extreme form of a stutter, where one literally can't spit out the word one wants to say. By putting into practice the idea of finding ones "Work around," Josh was able to make his place in the personal development industry, a field that's traditionally made of a high concentration of professional speakers. As can be imagined, the obvious route to getting started, through public speaking, was a challenge for Josh, to say the least. Rather than be deterred, Josh got creative by using his talents, as well as developing and learning new skills that were necessary to not only make his place in the self-improvement industry, but thrive in it, receiving many accolades and acknowledgements from leaders in the areas of motivation, personal development, and business.

* Goal Setting - Going beyond the theory of goal setting -- Josh teaches a  workable system he has perfected called Goal Cards which gets his audience involved in the goal-setting process and also removes the tendency to forget about the goals a person sets (most everyone can relate to a time where they set a goal, but wound up neglecting it, only to realize the next thing they knew the desired goal was a distant memory).
