9 Simple Steps To Completely Transform Your Life And To Achieve Whatever You Want

Of course, if you keep on doing the same things over and over again, how should you get any different results? This makes completely sense – no?

However, it is not quite that simple and straightforward. The truth is, as long as you don’t change at a deeper, inner level, you will keep on getting the same results in your life.

It is not so much about the actions you are taking, but more about your inner state of being.

When you change your inner state of being, your actions will change naturally. However, if you force yourself to take different actions without changing your inner vibration, you will keep on attracting more or less the same circumstances and situations into your life.

Simply forcing yourself to take different actions without changing at a deeper level will be a tiring and frustrating process and sooner or later you will return to your old way of doing things.

For example, let’s say you are constantly broke and you would like to change your financial situation. Now, reason would probably suggest some of the following things: Save more money, get a second job, look for a higher paid job…

But, I promise you, as long as your inner state of being, your vibration regarding your financial situation doesn’t change, you will stay broke. On the other hand, if you succeed to shift your vibration from financial lack to abundance, you could easily double your income without even making any extra effort.

And the same principles are true for all aspects of your life: Your relationships, your health, the amount of joy and happiness you experience…

The real transformation needs to happen within yourself

Trying to change certain aspects of your life simply by taking different action, yet without making a profound inner change is a bit like putting water paint on an old rusty car. You can fool yourself for a while, but it won’t last.

No, true change needs to come from a much deeper level within you. It happens when you start questioning and changing your core beliefs, when you replace those thoughts and mental images that no longer serve you with ones that are aligned with what you want…

And this inner transformation will automatically lead to different actions that will generate different circumstances in your life.

For example, if you are constantly having money problems, some of your core beliefs may be:

  • “I will struggle for the rest of my life, because I never went to college” or
  • “There just isn’t enough money to go around” or
  • “Rich people are greedy and mean”… and there could be many others.

As long as you hold on to any of those beliefs it will be almost impossible for you to experience financial abundance and success.

Transforming and changing your life from the inside out

The first step is to become aware of your limiting beliefs. Think about the situation you would like to change in your life and make a note of all your ideas, thoughts and beliefs that may keep you stuck where you are and prevent you from getting what you want.

Take your time for this process of self reflection. Look at your situation from different angles. Meditate to calm your mind. Think about your past, your childhood, things you learned from your parents…

Just write down everything that comes to your mind and keep on reflecting on your core beliefs over the next few days and even weeks. Take it easy and have fun with the process.

Great ideas and realizations may come to you when you expect it least – while taking a walk, during a shower, while reading a book…

Once you become aware of your limiting beliefs it is relatively easy to change them. Simply look at them and ask yourself  if they are absolute truths. You will quickly come to the conclusion that they are not.

By doing a bit of research, you will find hundreds and thousands of people for whom those beliefs do not hold true at all. And if those beliefs are not true for others, you can also decide that they are no longer true for you as well.

Just because in the past you experienced certain beliefs to be true doesn’t mean that they need to be true for you for the rest of your life. You are a creator and you have the power to create your own truth and reality.

For example, If you strongly believe that it takes a lot of hard work just to make a living, after a while it will become your reality and you will experience the confirmation of this belief almost every day in your life.

On the other hand, there are lots of people who think like: “it is actually quite easy to earn a lot of money” – it is their chosen truth and that’s what they experience in their daily life.

Whatever you focus on long enough becomes your reality – no matter if you focus your thoughts on something you want or something you don’t want.

Whatever you want in life, you can create it simply by changing your core beliefs and thoughts.

Yes, it is really that simple, but it doesn’t necessarily mean that it is easy. It takes practice, perseverance, discipline and patience.

Here is the simple 9-step process that will allow you to create more of what you want in your life and to get rid of the things you are no longer happy with:

#1: Become aware of your limiting core beliefs.

#2: Re-program your mind and simply replace all limiting beliefs with positive thoughts and beliefs that are fully aligned with your goals.

#3: Put together a simple daily practice schedule to re-program your mind with positive beliefs. You could do several short affirmations and visualizations. Maybe 3 times a day for 3-5 minutes. Have fun with your affirmations and visualizations and put all your heart and soul into it.

#4: Whenever a negative, limiting thought arises, just say stop and dismiss it. Refuse to indulge in negative thought processes.

#5: What you are experiencing right now is the result of your past thoughts and beliefs. If you change your thoughts and beliefs today, you will experience a different tomorrow.

#6: Be patient! You won’t experience a different reality immediately – this will take some time. It is like a cleansing and it takes a while to get your past thoughts, feelings and beliefs out of your “system”.

#7: Most people start out very well. They change their thoughts and beliefs… but of course, at the beginning there is still the “old energy” and their physical reality keeps showing something that doesn’t (yet) correspond with those new positive thoughts.

And unfortunately, they fall back into their old habit of negative thinking before those outer circumstances and situations can change. So, just be patient and keep on moving forward, no matter what your temporary outer circumstances reflect.

#8: The minute you change your thoughts, beliefs and feelings – your life starts changing as well. Don’t worry if your outer experiences and events keep on reflecting the “old you” for a while – it will only be temporary.

#9: Trust in the process. As soon as you change your inner vibration, your life has changed as well and soon enough the circumstances and events in your life will change as well.

Just give it a try. It’s really not that complicated and with a bit of practice you will be able to create absolutely stunning results using this simple approach.
