I like to use the glass house theory. Beware that throwing rocks at others when you live in a glass house will only get those rocks turned on you and smash you own windows. Decide today that people matter. Decide today that you are only human and all humans are flawed in some way or another. Decide today to work on your own flaws and leave others flaws to themselves.
